Akyma Pharmaceuticals, a privately held Kentucky limited liability company, was
founded in 1996 as a U.S.-based company whose focus involves the marketing, research
and development of generic pharmaceutical products.
Akyma offers competitive pricing on its products through efficient marketing, distribution
and manufacturing of generic pharmaceutical products by utilizing the strategic
alliances and relationships it has created in the marketplace. Akyma products include
prescription pharmaceuticals and OTC medications.
At Akyma our strategic plan is to expand access to pharmaceuticals in the U.S. through
efficient distribution channels, competitive pricing and contracted manufacturing
agreements utilizing the excess capacities of the many contract manufacturing organizations.
We are positioned to take advantage of, and pass on to our customers,
the leverages gained by generic pharmaceuticals in the total market. Our objective
is to assist our customers in obtaining high quality, competitive priced generic
pharmaceuticals.
